Bookings & Cancellations

• All session bookings are final.

• Rescheduling may be offered with at least 48 hours’ notice (subject to availability).

• Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Refunds & Returns

• Digital Products & Readings: Due to the nature of digital goods and intuitive services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Merchandise: If a physical product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence for a possible replacement or store credit.
